In 1994, Grandma Maud’s Down Home Cookin’ launched a line of authentic, yet easy to prepare Southern-style meal solutions.  Now the Grandma Maud’s brand provides both retail and food service customers a broad selection of comfort food items that emphasize traditional tastes and modern convenience. 

The brand includes frozen side dishes, dry-packaged bean meal solutions, frozen and individually wrapped cookies, specialty mixes and seasonings for food that tastes like home.  Our commitment to authenticity while addressing the real-life demands of consumers and suppliers drives our growth in the  comfort food segment.   

A proven product line also allows Grandma Maud’s to capitalize on many unique business opportunities.    As a certified African-American manufacturer, Grandma Maud’s has forged diversity partnerships with food service management companies including Compass, Sodexho and Aramark. We have also established distribution lines and marketing relationships with national grocers including Safeway, Albertsons, Meijer and Kroger.
